Adjunct Faculty - Managerial Accounting for Service Organizations, Spring 2025

The Opportunity
Lesley University's department of Business is looking for a qualified adjunct instructor to teach:
CMGMT 2457 Managerial Accounting for Service Organizations on Tuesdays and Fridays from 12:55-2:10pm during the Spring Semester. This course is fully in person on campus.
Course Description: This course helps students develop the foundation for a thorough understanding of basic accounting principles by focusing on the fundamentals of managerial accounting with an emphasis on service organizations. A primary emphasis is placed on management's planning, controlling, and decision-making functions. Students should expect to develop abilities to interpret accounting information and integrate it into economic decision-making processes.
Qualities and Capabilities- Master's Degree- Successful teaching experience at the undergraduate level- Experience in constructivist, inquiry-based learning
