About the role
Kemajuan Anggun sdn bhd is seeking an experienced Admin Account to join our growing team in Bandar Baru Ampang Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support to ensure the efficient operation of our finance department.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and invoicing
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other documentation
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to support the finance team
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any accounting-related issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures
- Provide backup support for other finance and administrative functions as needed
