Job Description
Administrative Duties
- Manage office documentation and filing system
- Prepare reports
- Maintain staff records and office supplies
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in general office administration
Accounts Duties
- Handle data entry for accounting records - SQL SYSTEM, BUKKU & etc
- Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly payment summaries and reports
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent, and relevant authorities when required
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting and administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
- Good organization and time management skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
