Job Description

Administrative Duties

  • Manage office documentation and filing system
  • Prepare reports
  • Maintain staff records and office supplies
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist in general office administration

Accounts Duties

  • Handle data entry for accounting records - SQL SYSTEM, BUKKU & etc
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare monthly payment summaries and reports
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Liaise with auditor, tax agent, and relevant authorities when required

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
