About the role

HS PLASTIC SDN BHD is seeking a talented and experienced ADMIN AND ACCOUNT professional to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time role is a crucial part of our Accounting department, responsible for providing high-quality administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
2. Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
3. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
4. Providing support for month-end and year-end closing processes
5. Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial records
6. Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations
