About the role
Benz Auto Service (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and organised administrative assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our daily operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising meetings
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining and organising filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinating the ordering of office supplies and managing inventory
