About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with office administration, handle data entry tasks, and communicate effectively with customers to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, scheduling)
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems
- Prepare reports and documents as needed
- Assist team members with day-to-day office tasks
- Communicate with customers professionally via phone, email, or in-person
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information
Requirements:
- SPM holder with minimum 1 year of experience in administration or data entry
- Good computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel)
