Job Description
We are a grocery start up looking for hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Working in our company will be challenging but rewarding. You will work directly with the management team, drive initiatives, and have important responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Creating purchase orders for trade and non trade items on a daily basis
- Ensure items purchased arrives on time and in good condition
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers
- Handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Keeping documents organized, filing, and archiving
- Other ad hoc work allocated on a need to basis
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates and those with working experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Language requirements: English & BM
