Position: Marketing Administrative Assistant
Department: Consumer Division
A. JOB OVERVIEW
The position is responsible in assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Consumer Division functions and duties. The job holder shall carry out responsibilities and assistance in some or all of the functional areas.
B. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
· Checking of billing of Disers
· Process and organize LBC Mailing
· Support and contribute with the GSTT Literature, Posters and Signage Design
· Adhere to all support needed of Key Accounts Executive
· Encoding and filing of documents
· Other task may assign from time to time
C. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Administration, Marketing, Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
