Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course or undergrad are welcome to apply
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Preferably residing in Makati City or nearby areas
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties (filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry)
- Manage and organize office documents and records
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office inquiries professionally
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
