Job Description
The position is responsible in performing work or tasks to address or help address the
administrative needs of the company, its officers and employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
Undertakes the procurement, inventory and issuance of office supplies and equipment of
employees
Prepares appropriate administrative forms for procurement, purchase, payment and other
related tasks
Assists in the supervision and monitoring of outsourced services, such as, janitor, messenger
and driver
Undertakes and / or coordinates the repair and maintenance of office infrastructure, particularly
office equipment, furniture and leased premises
Coordination of venue for officers' and / or employees' meetings
Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications
Graduate of any 4 year degree
With at least 1 – 2 years related work experience
