About the role
Polystar General Services is seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate the office calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence, and provide prompt and professional responses
- Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
