The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day for operation department at our office.
Admin Assistant responsibilities include:
- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Assist the operations team in daily administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support process improvement initiatives by gathering and organizing data.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls for the operations department
