Job Summary
The Admin Assistant – Student Central serves as the primary front-line representative for student services, providing efficient, accurate, and student-focused administrative support. This role is responsible for handling student enquiries, supporting documentation processes, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the Student Central counter. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and committed to delivering an excellent student experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front-Line Student Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for students at Student Central.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding registration, academic records, student letters, ID card issuance, and other administrative matters.
