Job Description
General Affairs
- Coordinate with Property Management Office in relation to building regulations requirements and compliance
- Administer payment request and requirement of HRGA partners and suppliers
- Administer procurement of office requirements
- Assist in administration of third-party agencies and their staff
- Perform other administrative related tasks
Job Specific Competencies
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business/Office Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1-3 years working experience in human resources and office management
- Good communication skill
- Exceptional observation skill
- Excellent human relation skill
- Able to multi task and can handle multiple deliverables
- Experience and Skills in Administrative is a PLUS.
