Job Description

General Affairs

  • Coordinate with Property Management Office in relation to building regulations requirements and compliance
  • Administer payment request and requirement of HRGA partners and suppliers
  • Administer procurement of office requirements
  • Assist in administration of third-party agencies and their staff
  • Perform other administrative related tasks

Job Specific Competencies

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business/Office Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1-3 years working experience in human resources and office management
  • Good communication skill
  • Exceptional observation skill
  • Excellent human relation skill
  • Able to multi task and can handle multiple deliverables
  • Experience and Skills in Administrative is a PLUS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
