**職務内容:**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Manage daily handover of shipments to vendors
+ Monitor ERN and OGP abandoned shipments and ensure timely follow-up
+ Prepare and compile simple reports and internal documents
+ Assist with coordination and distribution of information
+ Provide CEC backup support and perform other ad hoc tasks as needed

**Qualifications:**

+ College diploma or equivalent
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Multi-tasking abilities
+ Can lift shipments (below 70kg)
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
+ Willing to work flexible hours and overtime on occasion
