Job Description
The Admin Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations. Responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, managing emails and files, coordinating schedules and meetings, processing company renewals and government contributions, assisting with HR documentation, and supporting the General Manager and other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; at least 2-year college education may be considered for entry-level roles
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or records management roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work proactively
