Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle renewal and processing of business permits and licenses
- Assist with SEC registrations, reportorial requirements, and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, registrations, and renewals
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company records and files
- Coordinate with government agencies and external partners as needed
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist management with reports, schedules, office coordination and office maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Knowledgeable in business permit renewal, SEC registration, and FDA regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, email)
