Job Overview:
Responsible for reviewing care shift notes, flagging concerns, and creating accurate invoices while coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Access and review shift notes and related documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Flag incomplete or insufficient shift notes and coordinate with the invoicing team for resolution
- Address any concerns regarding client wellbeing identified in shift notes
- Create invoices using Caretaskr or Careview systems with high accuracy
- Coordinate with plan managers or relevant stakeholders to resolve invoice-related issues
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience with care management or invoicing systems preferred
