Job Overview:
Responsible for reviewing care shift notes, flagging concerns, and creating accurate invoices while coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Access and review shift notes and related documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Flag incomplete or insufficient shift notes and coordinate with the invoicing team for resolution
  • Address any concerns regarding client wellbeing identified in shift notes
  • Create invoices using Caretaskr or Careview systems with high accuracy
  • Coordinate with plan managers or relevant stakeholders to resolve invoice-related issues

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience with care management or invoicing systems preferred
