Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory records (incoming, outgoing, and current stock levels)
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with concerned departments for replenishment
  • Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required
  • Encode and file inventory-related documents such as delivery receipts, purchase orders, and stock request forms
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and internal teams regarding inventory concerns
  • Conduct basic inventory checking and assist in physical counts or audits
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory data in Excel or inventory systems
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned (filing, data entry, email coordination)

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or vocational course related to Administration, Business, or similar field
  • Experience in inventory handling or administrative work is an advantage
