We're hiring an Admin to manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administrative operations
- Manage office documents, records, and filing (computer-based)
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Assist with inventory tracking and basic backend event support
- Key in invoices, expenses, and assist with simple project costing
- Upload receipts and maintain accurate records
- Support month-end administrative and reconciliation tasks
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of admin or office support experience preferred
- Proficient in computer usage, cloud-based systems, and Microsoft Office
