Job Description
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and organizational support to ensure efficient office operations. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to communication, scheduling, recordkeeping, and general office administration.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and presentations
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Greet and assist visitors
- Support accounting tasks such as invoicing and basic bookkeeping
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
