Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To perform general administrative duties including typing, filling and preparation of documents, maintain and update customer and sales records in the system and other duties as assigned.
- Provide support to the sales team in driving company revenue through direct sales and small-scale product sales to end-user customers
- Assist the sales team in preparing tender documents, proposals, and reports.
- Handle basic customer service and respond to email/phone inquiries professionally.
- Monitoring incoming letters and documents & distribution to relevant persons.
- Set up and coordination of meetings & conferences including lunches & special events when required.
- To undertake role of receptionist as and when required.
- To perform on wrapping products and stock count if needed.
- Support in any ad-hoc administrative tasks or assignments required by the management.
