Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations: Processing sales orders, tracking shipments, managing invoices, and updating customer/sales records.

Customer Interaction: Answering calls/emails, resolving queries, following up with clients, and directing feedback.

Reporting & Data: Compiling sales reports, updating spreadsheets.
