About the role
We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team at PRISN SDN BHD' in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. This full-time position is an integral part of our Administration & Office Support team, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Job Scope:
- Data entry, filing & document handling
- Handling calls and emails; supporting daily office operations
- Maintaining attendance and staff records
- Document management and record keeping
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Maintaining data entry logs and office records
- Preparing and processing payment vouchers
- Managing follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking
