Job Description
We are seeking a competent and reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations of our clinics in Tagum and Davao.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients in a professional manner
Process and monitor HMO approvals
Follow up on patient payments and accounts
Record daily sales and expenses accurately
Prepare Statements of Account (SOA)
Serve as a reliever when required
Provide administrative assistance to the clinic owner and perform assigned tasks
Ensure smooth and efficient clinic administrative operations
Qualifications:
Able to start immediately
Willing to rotate and travel between Tagum and Davao clinics
Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not required
Willing to learn and adaptable to various tasks
