About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd' in Tuas South. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service to our Healthcare Client, playing a vital part in the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Answer phone calls and provide clear, accurate information to address queries.
- Prepare and maintain Cash Book entries, vouchers, invoices, and receipts to ensure accurate financial records.
- Organize and update documents and records to keep information current and accessible.
- Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.
What we're looking for
- Secondary School or Diploma qualification.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications applied to administrative and accounting tasks.
