Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company files, records, and documents
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field preferred
- Associate degree or vocational/business course graduates may also be considered
Experience
- Minimum of 1–2 years administrative or office support experience preferred
