Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information and official correspondence.
Provides general administrative support as required by management, including email communication, sending results in PDF format, and answering phone calls.
Scans, photocopies, prints, and organizes hard-copy documents, client forms, and test results as needed.
Inputs, logs, and verifies data from physical documents into Microsoft Excel
Encodes test results and confirms that all data entered in Microsoft Excel accurately matches source documentation.
Prepares and converts results into PDF format for proper distribution and record-keeping.
Ensures files are properly prepared, stored, and backed up in designated systems.
Handles and audits remittances and other related financial transactions.
Manages and coordinates the scheduling of samplers.
