Admin Bookkeeper - CIN7 | Fixed Dayshift and Weekends Off | Hybrid

ZigZag is looking for an Admin Bookkeeper to join our team! 

*Must have experience in CIN7 
 We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support three growing automotive and eCommerce businesses: Brixton 4x4, TyreBay, and EliteDrive Australia.

This role is operationally critical — ensuring seamless order processing, supplier coordination, accounts reconciliation, and supporting marketing execution across all brands.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in:

Shopify

Xero

Order processing & supplier coordination

Basic marketing support functions, including assistance with socials

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Confident in supporting sales and handling customer returns directly with clients
