Job Summary
The Admin B&P is responsible for providing administrative support to the Body & Paint department, ensuring smooth coordination between parts, workshop, insurance documentation, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
Parts Coordination
* Follow up on spare parts status with parts department and suppliers.
* Monitor parts availability to ensure Body & Paint repairs are completed without delay.
Customer Communication
* Update customers on repair progress, parts arrival, and estimated completion dates.
* Handle customer inquiries related to Body & Paint jobs in a professional manner.
Documentation & Records
* Check all Body & Paint (B&P) documents for completeness and accuracy, including insurance approval...
