Admin + Business Development 1-year contract

We are looking for a detail-oriented, independent and reliable Admin + BD to join our team in a fast paced environment. The primary focus of this role is to handle customer enquiries online, prepare digital files for print and manage the day-to-day operations of our printing equipment.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Photoshop/Canva + Capcut who understands how to translate digital designs into high-quality physical prints.
Key Responsibilities
Close customer sales online & customer service
File Preparation/Design: Use Canva to edit, resize, color-correct, and prep files for various print formats.
Good to know Adobe Photoshop
Print Production: Operate and maintain professional printing machinery (Inkjet, Laser, etc).
Quality Control: Inspect finished prints for colour accuracy, alignment, and defects before delivery.
Finishing Work: Assist with cutting, laminating, binding, and packaging as needed
