Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process purchase orders from salesmen / salesgirls
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and discrepancies
  • Perform stock checking and inventory verification when required
  • Support data entry activities related to purchasing and inventory
  • Need to support cashier activities when necessary (ad‑hoc basis)
  • Support supervisor’s instructions and daily team operations
  • Willing to work overtime and on public holidays when required

Qualifications

  • Responsible, honest, and willing to learn
  • Able to follow supervisor’s instructions
  • Punctual with good teamwork attitude
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Knowledge in using Autocount system is a plus
