Job Description
Job Scope (Main Priority):
- Handle all stock purchase activities
- Manage and process purchase orders from salesmen / salesgirls
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and discrepancies
- Perform stock checking and inventory verification when required
- Support data entry activities related to purchasing and inventory
- Need to support cashier activities when necessary (ad-hoc basis)
- Support supervisor's instructions and daily team operations
- Willing to work overtime and on public holidays when required
Requirements:
- Responsible, honest, and willing to learn
- Able to follow supervisor's instructions
- Punctual with good teamwork attitude
- Basic computer skills required
- Knowledge in using Autocount system is a plus
