Job Description
JOB SCOPE:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying
- Prepare documents such as delivery orders, and issue invoices and maintain orfanized and efficient filing systems
- Ensure accurate product quantities on online stores, aligning warehouse inventory with system records.
- Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels: phone, email, social media chats, and walk-ins.
- Manage customer refunds, returns and complaints ensuring proper resolution and coordinating with management as needed.
- Create product descriptions using template for new items.
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum STPM or Diploma in any profession (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic proficiency in Malay and English (spoken and written)
- Computer literate ( Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc)
- Comfortable with maths
