Job Description

GENERAL CLERK

Responsibilities ;

  • Handle data entry task and maintain accurate up-to-date records.
  • Prepare documents such as report, chronology, data comparison and summaries.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents and running office errands.
  • Assist with any related quotation searching.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure proper documentation.
  • Manage and restock office supplies, and ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely communication and task completion.
  • And any other duties as when assigned by the Head of Departments and/or executive.

Requirements :

  • STPM/Certificate/Diploma in administration or other related area.
  • At least 1 year experience in administration work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
