Job Description
GENERAL CLERK
Responsibilities ;
- Handle data entry task and maintain accurate up-to-date records.
- Prepare documents such as report, chronology, data comparison and summaries.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents and running office errands.
- Assist with any related quotation searching.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage and restock office supplies, and ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely communication and task completion.
- And any other duties as when assigned by the Head of Departments and/or executive.
Requirements :
- STPM/Certificate/Diploma in administration or other related area.
- At least 1 year experience in administration work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
