Job Description
- To handle daily admin jobs
- To issue quotation , proposal , DO , invoice etc
- To handle stock management
- To handle correspondence with suppliers and authorities/3rd parties
- Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
- Able to work independently
- Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
- Possess SPM or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate / no working experience candidate are welcome to apply.
- Able converse in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Problem solving skill.
- Able to handle daily admin jobs.
- Able to handle multi-task jobs.
- Attention to details.
- Possess own transport.
