What you'll be doing:
Managing and maintaining comprehensive property records and tenant information
Preparing and processing rental agreements, invoices, and other property-related documentation
Coordinating with property owners, tenants, and external vendors to ensure efficient property management
Providing administrative support to the Property Management team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Assisting with the implementation of property management policies and procedures
Performing other general administrative duties as required
