  • Managing and maintaining comprehensive property records and tenant information

  • Preparing and processing rental agreements, invoices, and other property-related documentation

  • Coordinating with property owners, tenants, and external vendors to ensure efficient property management

  • Providing administrative support to the Property Management team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence

  • Assisting with the implementation of property management policies and procedures

  • Performing other general administrative duties as required
