Job Description
We are
seeking a Temporary Admin Coordinator to assist with the OC (Occupation
Certificate) application process. This role is ideal for someone who is highly
organized, detail -oriented, and assertive enough to drive outcomes.
· Coordinating
and tracking OC application steps.
· Following
up on Certificates of Compliance (COCs) with architects and service providers.
· Ensuring
compliance documents are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
· Driving the
process to finality by liaising with key stakeholders.
