Admin cum Account Executive (Costing)

We are seeking a highly motivated Admin cum Account Executive (Costing) to join our finance team at Baba Products (M) Sdn Bhd in Selayang, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support with a focus on cost accounting.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and maintain the Annual Sales Budget by regions, branches, and products.
• Prepare the Budgeted Manufacturing Statement, Budgeted Profit & Loss Accounts & Tax estimation based on Annual Operation Plan.
• Overall in charge of OPEX and CAPEX Internal Orders in SAP system.
• Verify & monitor material consumptions & wastages by the production department and elevate to superior if consumption/wastage is abnormally high.
• Assist in the month-end closing process for the costing department by running Cost Allocation & COPA.
