Job Description

Overview

Greenridge Resources – Keramat Pulai, Perak

  • Manage the company’s daily financial records, including sales accounts, purchases, payments, and receipts.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and documents related to business transactions.
  • Check and update spare parts stock in the system and ensure records are accurate.
  • Prepare simple monthly financial reports, including cash flow and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, for management reference.
  • Handle office administrative matters such as correspondence, document filing, and phone calls.
  • Assist the employer with basic matters (employee leave records, overtime, and related matters) for submission to the payroll department.
  • Support shop operations by ensuring all sales and purchase supporting documents are complete.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding payments, invoices, and outstanding accounts.
