About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin cum HR Assistant to join our dynamic team at Classic Emas (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak. This full-time role will provide vital administrative and HR support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist to ensure integration of ISO 9001/2015 standards into daily operations across departments and sites.
- Assist in managing the full life cycle of company-wide policies, procedures, SOP's, and forms.
- Ensure proper version control. approvals, distribution, and archival of documentation.
- Review and update policies periodically to align with legal, regulatory, and business needs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
