Job Description
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including managing schedules, booking travel, handling correspondence and maintaining office records.
- Assisting with HR duties such as coordinating recruitment, onboarding new staff, and managing employee records, applying for work permits and work contracts.
- Acting as the main point of contact for employees and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the restaurant management team with ad‐hoc projects and tasks as required.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or HR assistant role, ideally in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
