Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Providing general administrative support, including managing schedules, booking travel, handling correspondence and maintaining office records.
  • Assisting with HR duties such as coordinating recruitment, onboarding new staff, and managing employee records, applying for work permits and work contracts.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for employees and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the restaurant management team with ad‐hoc projects and tasks as required.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or HR assistant role, ideally in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
