Job Description
Location: BANDAR BUKIT TINGGI KLANG
Working Hours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory records, stock monitoring, and inventory updates
- Perform general administrative and office duties
- Assist in purchasing activities, including sourcing and liaising with suppliers
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers on orders, deliveries, and inquiries
- Reply to, follow up, and manage emails from suppliers and customers
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, Delivery order and related documents
- Assist in payment follow-up with customer
- Handle filing and documentation
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school / diploma qualification
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, SQL Accounting Software)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
