Job Description

Location: BANDAR BUKIT TINGGI KLANG
Working Hours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory records, stock monitoring, and inventory updates
  • Perform general administrative and office duties
  • Assist in purchasing activities, including sourcing and liaising with suppliers
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers on orders, deliveries, and inquiries
  • Reply to, follow up, and manage emails from suppliers and customers
  • Prepare purchase orders, invoices, Delivery order and related documents
  • Assist in payment follow-up with customer
  • Handle filing and documentation
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary school / diploma qualification
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, SQL Accounting Software)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa...
