Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and reliable individual to support daily operations and client coordination. This is not a passive admin role — you will be expected to follow through, solve small issues independently, and keep matters moving.

You will work closely with management in handling operational and regulatory processes involving clients and government-related procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily admin and operational tasks
• Communicate professionally with clients and vendors
• Track documentation, submissions and follow-ups
• Assist in handling regulatory matters and resolve process bottlenecks
