Admin Executive

ADMIN (AUTOMOTIVE / XPEL PANEL)
Location:
Honda Roda BB Motor Body & Paint Shop (Authorized XPEL Panel for Honda)
Lot 2847, Jalan Udang Harimau 1,
Segambut Bahagia, 51200 Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer warranty claims for XPEL products
• Process and record technician commissions
• Coordinate vehicle appointments (PPF / tinting)
• Manage invoices, job sheets, and related documentation
• Liaise with customers, vendors, and HQ
• Monitor stock usage and provide inventory support
• Provide administrative support and assist with daily operations
• Prepare reports and maintain records

Requirements:

• Experience as an Admin (automotive experience is an advantage)
• Proficient in Excel and able to prepare reports
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in Segambut
