About the role
Seeking for candidate to join our team at One Pacific Hotel Sdn. Bhd. as an Admin Executive. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of our office by handling a variety of administrative duties.
Job Responsibility
- Provide general administrative support to the hotel management team, including hotel reconciliation, submit claim and other related administrative works
- Maintain staff record, prepare monthly payroll and filing
- Support the procurement of office supplies and hotel amenities, ensuring the hotel is well-stocked and running efficiently
- Prepare payment to vendor
Requirement:
- At least 5 years working experience in administrative or support field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to work independently
