Job Description

                    To assist manager to manage, supervise and support a team which consist of midwife, nurses and management staffs for the daily operation of Confinement Centre. 
As a team leader to creating a positive working environment that encourage team feedback and active participation towards Centre operations and Management decision making. 
To direct, manage and support the development, implementation, maintenance and administration of all operational controls and operating procedures based upon the Companies’ established policy. 
Requirements: 
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or equivalent. 
Those with additional skill in specialist area e.g. Business admin / Management / Marketing / Customer Service will be an added advantage 
Be initiative and has strong integrity, good leadership skill and result-driven personality.
