We are a Property Development & Construction company located in Melaka. We would like to invite suitable, highly motivated, and qualified candidates to join our company and apply to our advertised position.
Responsibilities
Authority & Compliance: Manage APDL licenses, HDA accounts, VP applications, and yearly submissions to authorities (LHDN, KPKT, REHDA).
Vacant Possession Management: Prepare VP documentation, coordinate key handovers, TNB applications, and purchaser refunds.
Admin Reporting: Prepare progress reports, billing, SPA signing, and maintain lot profiles in system.
Purchaser File Management: Allocate and manage purchaser files, verify SPA/legal documents, coordinate signatures, and oversee strata title perfection.
Perform any other ad-hoc jobs that are assigned by Department Head.
