Job Description
Inner Zen Wellness Academy Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
- Input and manage customer/student data from events and registrations (online & offline)
- Send course details, reminders, and updates to participants via WhatsApp, email, etc.
- Communicate with students, answer their inquiries, and follow up when needed
- Manage filing, documentation, and internal records
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for events and internal activities
- Assist in coordinating event logistics, registration lists, and backend setup
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers on operational matters
- Ensure administrative procedures follow internal SOPs
Qualifications
- Prior experience in administration, HR support or office coordination is a plus
