Job Description

Inner Zen Wellness Academy Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
  • Input and manage customer/student data from events and registrations (online & offline)
  • Send course details, reminders, and updates to participants via WhatsApp, email, etc.
  • Communicate with students, answer their inquiries, and follow up when needed
  • Manage filing, documentation, and internal records
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for events and internal activities
  • Assist in coordinating event logistics, registration lists, and backend setup
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers on operational matters
  • Ensure administrative procedures follow internal SOPs

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administration, HR support or office coordination is a plus
