Job Description
Job Roles & Responsibilites:
- Licenses Application and Compliance
- Ensure all licenses are applied and maintained including ARC, FRP, BC, Poison A License, Work Permit, Business License, PRP and others related to pharmacy setting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all licensing requirements and ensure company's compliance.
- Ensure database of all licenses and renewal dates and compliance statuses are maintained.
- Maintain the budget for licensing and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Uniform and Supplies Management
- Order, manage, and organize the distribution and inventory of uniforms, lanyards, name cards, and chops for all retail team members.
- Act as the main point of contact between suppliers and the retail team to track the movement and arrival of these items according to schedule.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of SPM (good in Mathematics)/Diploma in Administrative/Business Field.
